Connecting human, animal, environmental, food, and industrial health through data, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies.
March 23-25, 2027, Rabat, Morocco
The 4th edition of the Annual HealthTech Congress aims to position Morocco as a regional Digital One Health platform in Africa and the MENA region. Digital technology is no longer merely a tool but becomes the orchestration architecture for human, animal, environmental, food, and industrial health.
HealthTech 2027 will revolve around the central theme:
Advancing One Health Through Innovation, Collaboration, and Sustainable Technologies.
This edition highlights the importance of the One Health approach, promoting stronger connections between human health, animal health, agriculture, food systems, environmental sciences, and technological innovation to address emerging global challenges.
The conference will emphasize the critical role of innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration in:
Artificial Intelligence and digital innovation for One Health: AI-powered disease surveillance, predictive modeling, smart diagnostics, epidemiological monitoring, and data-driven decision-making for human, animal, and environmental health.
Digital health, telemedicine, and connected ecosystems: Remote healthcare solutions, veterinary telehealth, mobile health technologies, integrated monitoring systems, and digital platforms supporting rural and vulnerable communities.
Sustainable agriculture and food security technologies: Innovative agricultural practices, precision farming, biosafety solutions, climate-smart agriculture, and technologies enhancing food quality, safety, and sustainability.
Environmental health and climate resilience: Technological solutions addressing climate change, ecosystem preservation, water quality, pollution monitoring, biodiversity protection, and environmental risk assessment.
Health data management and integrated analytics: Big data, bioinformatics, geographic information systems (GIS), and interoperable databases supporting cross-sector collaboration, outbreak prediction, and evidence-based interventions.
Biotechnology, diagnostics, and medical innovations: Advanced diagnostics, vaccine development, biosensors, laboratory technologies, antimicrobial resistance surveillance, and translational research for integrated health systems.
Policy, governance, and interdisciplinary collaboration: Strengthening cooperation between researchers, policymakers, healthcare professionals, veterinarians, environmental experts, agricultural stakeholders, industries, and international organizations to support sustainable One Health strategies.
Ethics, sustainability, and equitable access to innovation: Promoting responsible innovation, ethical data governance, inclusive technologies, and equitable access to healthcare and scientific advancements across communities and regions.
A diverse range of participants are involved in the field of One Health, promoting collaboration and synergy between human health, animal health, agriculture, food systems, and environmental sciences. The conference brings together researchers, scientists, PhD students, healthcare professionals, veterinarians, agronomists, environmental experts, and engineers working toward integrated and sustainable health solutions.
Policymakers, government officials, regulatory authorities, and public health institutions also play a key role in strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation and developing effective strategies for global health challenges. In addition, industry representatives, innovators, startups, and private sector stakeholders contribute to advancing technologies, sustainable practices, and applied solutions within the One Health framework.
The event further encourages strong interaction between researchers, decision-makers, and industrial partners in order to facilitate knowledge transfer, scientific valorization, and evidence-based policymaking. International organizations, NGOs, and development agencies are equally involved in supporting collaborative initiatives addressing emerging health risks, climate change, food security, zoonotic diseases, and ecosystem resilience.
Students, academics, and young professionals interested in interdisciplinary research and innovation are also encouraged to participate and contribute to advancing the One Health approach at local, regional, and global levels.

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished work, manuscripts must respect the conference template guidelines, including figures, tables, and references. The length of papers should not exceed 8 pages.
